Basics

Kick Combinations

  1. Back Leg Front Kick,  Back Leg Front Kick, Strong Stance
  2. Back Leg Front Kick, Back Leg Front Kick, Punch
  3. Back Leg Front Kick, Punch, Back Leg Front Kick

Foot Work

  1. Step Slide, Back Fist

Slow Kicks

  1. Seated Side Kick

Blocks

Kick Chasing
